if you've got some kind of community, simply rent one; it will be easier to maintain and will be up (hopefully) 24/7. Just google "rent gmod server". Rates can be pretty cheap (monthly). Look around at reviews of sites to know which one sounds best. Make sure they've got some support for gamemodes in some way if that's what you want
