Want to make a cool game/program/next big social network? Can't code? post your ideas here, and maybe a programmer will pity you and pick your idea up! examples of ideas:
BonoboBook - A social network for bonobo owners to arrange playdates for their primate friends

Turing Test: To Catch a Predator - A program that connects you to a chat window with a real 13 year old girl, and an AI 13 year old girl, and you have to hit on both of them, trying to guess which one is the real girl, and which one is the FUCKING man trying to keep you down

iAmAnnoyed - an iPhone app for when someone is talking during a movie and you want to subtly let them know they're being rude. Simply pull open this app discretely, then throw your phone at the offender

Midi summer nights dream - measure rhyme scheme and meter as inputs to produce midi guitar riffs that correspond to Shakespearean soliloquy
anyways, if you've got ideas but no talent, post them here!
A really visual node based source control system for game developers. Easy to use, hard to fuck up. Everything should be realtime as well, so that you can see other people moving stuff around, merging, adding notes and pictures, pointers to some stuff saying "You fucked this up Dan, FIX IT". A graphical style like Unreal's Blueprint system. Something for non-tech savvy people. Having a dedicated "fix my git" guy should not be a thing.
A sonic the hedgehog game where you take all the worst parts and glitches from all the other 3d sonic games like adventure 1&2, 06, and boom, and make them hyperbolic and the game and dialogue will be totally self aware. this way you can slash the budget but people will play it because it'll be totally ironic like goat simulator
An program that generates instant sex pickup line.
An program that generates instant sex pickup line.
Rant library does exactly that
Berkin said it doesn't do it yet.
Berkin said it doesn't do it yet.
I guess it depends on what you consider a sex pickup line
Berkin said it doesn't do it yet.
He said it doesn't generate good pickup lines, never said it doesn't generate pickup lines.
Rhythm game where you use your eyes instead of fingers.

and you didn't even check NSFW
You gotta be subtle you can't just go up and ask a girl if she wants to see your COCK
You gotta be subtle you can't just go up and ask a girl if she wants to see your COCK
tbh that's probably less awkward than asking if she wants to see your umbilical cord
tbh that's probably less awkward than asking if she wants to see your umbilical cord
If we could gild
Ok: FACEBOOK, MySpace; Friendster. People want to SEE Each other TALK. So it's like those, AND, TALKING to friends? It's the NEXT. BIG. THING PERIOD We'll use all the hot stuff: Ruby on rails cause it's japanese and they understand shit in japan. MongoDB because SQL is FUCKING old. We're going to go with Mac Minis for our servers because Linux isn't from Silicon Valley and I don't speak SWEDISH. 1B valuation plese, 1b valuation pls (please?) 1b valuation pls

OlegDB is the hot new thing.
He said it doesn't generate good pickup lines, never said it doesn't generate pickup lines.
Yeah, I think it's quite impossible to create good pickup line. I mean even humans can't do it.

I'd like one that's less rigid than the current ones, since there aren't any guarantees regarding the history without signing anyway.
have you never used rant
I just scored a date with this one, thanks man!
I love the idea of this game, but there's so much untapped potential. The difficulty is sorta artificial. You can just drift anywhere, and most of the challenge comes out of not drifting in places where the tracks diverge, which is kinda mundane. The AI is also super cheatish and the whole thing is extremely story-driven to the point where it's barely a game really. I'd love to make a game that takes this same concept, except with some better design inspired by actual racing games and train simulators. I.e. you can only drift by timing switch-flips, with some penalty like you lose power while doing so and have to coast through the corner (similar to how real life car drifts gimp your corner exiting speed), where drifting is not always a possibility so you have to learn when to brake and stuff with some real consequences. Also I'd most likely do this with trams because trains are really long and it seems silly how just the front car/locomotive drifting makes the whole thing legit for all the rear cars - not to mention trams fit the whole "street racing" theme better plus there are some actual challenging corners for trams in cities whereas railways are mostly built as straight as possible. My only issue with this plan is my laziness, incompetence and aversion to 3D development. I could do it as a 2D game from a top-down perspective but the viewpoint would be too limiting I think. Really though, trains are the future of drift racing.
I may have no experience, willpower, or intelligence but one day I am going to make this game. I've been thinking about this game for years now, and It will be made no matter what I want a game called "Fuck shit up" You play as a viking teleported into a modern city. It will be like Grand Theft Auto in the sense that you can roam around freely, but there are no missions, there is no currency, and the only goal is to fuck everything up. You go around breaking shit around the city, you can hijack shit and crash it into shit. I want there to be realistic debris flying everywhere like in Burnout. One of your weapons should be screaming. If you scream at someone hard enough, they become a viking too and assist you in fucking shit up. You can either be elaborate in fucking shit up, or you can do it the simple way. For example, you hear about a business meeting in the 20th floor of an office building. You can take the elevator up to the floor and burst in with your posse and fuck shit up, or construct a giant ramp of dead bodies and burst through the window on your motorcycle You win when the entire city is rubble, you fucked all the shit up, or if everyone is a viking.
This needs to be done.
Just cause? Just without viking stuff.
Just cause? Just without viking stuff.
The viking stuff is a big part of
Just cause? Just without viking stuff.
Just cause doesn't let you build a ramp out of dead bodies that you can use to bust through a window in an office to fuck shit up during a meeting.
I think Saints Row comes closer actually. But yeah I hope I get to play Fuck Shit Up in my lifetime. It's the only way for us as humans to reach singularity.

A website/mail server in which children send emails to santa. Upon receiving them, I write back criticizing their choice in toys, tell them they were bad this year, and as a result I will donate $15 in their name to Boko Haram, so they know that their poor behavior is responsible for kidnapping and murdering innocent people
