I want you to model and skin this guy for me. The easiest option would be to edit an existing model (Civvie, unless you're willing to skin an outfit) and reform the head. It needs to be faceposable too.

More than one person would use that penis. Whereas you're the only guy that will use this. Plus compare the challenge of modeling a penis to modeling a person.
You should try modeling then come back and try to get someone to do this for you, then you will understand why people aren't.
