Just copy and paste the material and model fils in the age of chivalry folder in to a new folder then copy and paste an info thing from a different pack to the new folder and put the hole thing in addon.
Yeah I want this too, and I couldn't find the materials or models folder in the age of chivalry folder.

Im pretty sure you have to extract the models from the GCF itself.
