Well, if Karimatrix says it's okay, I bet it'd be okay to use it in other poses. I know I was going to ask him; since it doesn't have any logos or other identifying marks, it could easily pass as just another model. If Kari doesn't mind, of course.

No,I believe Kari's story is he is a dead soul/person that escaped hell. He used to have a really dead look (he used the hunter model from L4D) and he is calling this new face "nano skin" because it gives him a whole new face and a whole new ability to socialize easier. At least, that is what I believe to be happening.
