Looking for a model but have no idea idea how to find it.

Hey guys, I saw a model of a [I]clap trap looking robot[/I] a week ago.
I've searched for it everywhere but I couldn't find it.

It looks like a claptrap and [I]has a display[/I] with a toon face of it (can be switched with skinswitcher: soldier/red soldier/female/red female/emtry screen).
It has [I]tube like hands[/I] and [I]bodygroups for guns.[/I]
As far as I remember it has a [I]wheel instead of legs.[/I]
