Models/skin don't work

Hey, I have some problems, whenever i try get a skin for my weapons in gmod, I can't seem to get them to work, I don't know what to try anymore.
The models/skins i wanna have is

I followed the read me on both, but they dosn't seem to show up ingame.
I have tried several others to.....
So, anyone knows what to do?

Have you dropped them in the right folder?
Do you even have gmod or do you use gmod9?

Ofc I have gmod 10.
And yes, I dropped them in the folder the readme said.

Ok, i noticed something, in the readme it said that i should move one part to materials and another to models, but in my /garrysmod/garrysmod folder i only see materials, no models folder there...
