I would really appreciate it if someone did a Femgar (female rengar) by exaxuxer maybe even an npc but I mostly want her as a ragdoll thanks. we can work out a reward here's a pic:

Judging from all the "funny" ratings, I doubt anyone is taking this seriously.
The Facepunch community tends to look down on fandoms involving bronies, furries and the like. Also, the overwhelming majority of models made for Gmod are ported from other games, not made from scratch. Something like this would take a long time to do, assuming you can find a person who would be willing to do it.

facepunch is a jokey place, so if this was/is a model in a game, it might actually happen for gits and shiggles. but models from scratch NEVER happen. and something with a lot of fur is even less likey; fur is notoriously taxing to model/texture.
They don't never happen; the female semi-furry lamar humanoid headcrab thing happened, and someone recently released a scratch modeled Ellie from "The Last of Us".
It's still not likely to happen, though.

on the less derisive side, I think there was a kajit pack from skyrim released somewhere, that might be an acceptable base if you find a hacker with interests in this field?
