Simply put the folder in your addons folder.

There was a conversion to SA but I can't seem to find it...I doubt there is much of a difference

Polycount on TDU cars is waaay too much for Source, interior doubles the problem. GTA4 is a better bet because they look finer than NFSMW/C and have an interior.

Yeah...thats how Vice City works...sorry

Also if the chrome doesn't work in a map type "buildcubemaps" in the console...but be warned it will restart your session so if you're working on anything make sure to save
