It are a couple of files that has been removed in the last SVN update that makes some models invisible no matter what you do. PHX is fixing this atm so you can all update your SVNs today.

There Amplar expalins how the Moped Tire doesn't work in dx8 mode and I told that to PHX:

About time! Nah, thanks very much though. I'm glad its fixed.
Is there any place I can download PHX3 without going through garrysmod.org? I'm new to facepuch, and garrysmod.org won't let me login. I have all my account info right but it keeps saying that its wrong. So thats why i need it from some where else.....
You shouldn't get PHX3 from gmod.org. PHX3 isn't supposed to be on gmod.org
Get TortoiseSVN (32 bit version) [URL="http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads"]here[/URL]
Find your Addons folder.
Usually its here: C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\<username>\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons\
Make a folder in the Addons folder. Call it PHX
Right Click the PHX folder you made and choose "SVN Checkout"
In the "URL of Repository" box, copy and paste this link: [url]https://phoenix-storms.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/phoenix-storms[/url]
Click OK. The files should begin to download after a few seconds.
