Possible. There are tools to export the models and tools to import them into 3D Studio Max.

Hehe yeah, I hope Nova gets ported. Hot assassin chick has alot of potential. Human Kerrigan would be nice too (Model included in the portrait)
I grabbed some tools already, which allow me to export content from the StarCraft 2 S2Asset files and to import them into 3D Studio Max.

Kerrigan won't be possible, as long as you want the low-poly ingame version instead of the med-poly in-engine cutscene models. Nova exists as med-quality in-engine cutscene model, but either the importer cant handle the uvmap or to assign the textures properly.
Try to import the Sarah Kerrigan potrait, it includes the full cinematic model.
I hope there will be protoss availble!
