I have a model with Counter-Strike: Source arms, which only go up to the elbow. Does anyone know a way to import the (custom) animations from this to Half-Life 2 arms (which go up to the shoulder) in 3ds Max without having to do it all manually? I have saved the animations but am not sure how to import them into the Hl2 bone structure.

They're completely different arms mate, you must redo it :/
