• Having trouble compiling

I'm currently working on an eyepatchless Demoman for TF2. However, I need to alter the .mdl so it knows to look for a left eye texture, otherwise it just shows up as black. So I decompiled it, added the left eye vmt into the .qc file, and attempted to recompile it. Now I'm getting this error: ERROR: c:\users\preferred user\desktop\stuff\tf2\myskins\classes\demoman\mdldecompiler.qc(43): - can't find eyeball texture "eyeball_r" on model ERROR: Aborted Processing on 'player/demo.mdl' I have no idea what this means, as I never touched any of the eyeball_r stuff. If your not altering the model itself can't you just hex it? Also theres an SMD missing in that QC (unless its called UnknownModelName)

And yes, that's the SMD's name.
