Hi all,
I was wondering something,
In a few days the Destiny Beta will be released to us all on the ps3 and ps4, a week later we will have it on the xbox and xb1.
The thing is it would be nice to have those things out of the beta, the helmets the guns etc.
Would it be possible to get the stuff out of the beta?
Or would we have to wait till we get a full retail cd thing ?
Why even bother bringing up this when the game's not even out yet.
Sure, there is a beta next week, but by the time people actually plan on doing anything with the models, it would've already ended.
and the fact its on consoles and not pc.

My point of bringing this up is because I was wondering if we would need a fysical disc to "open" the models and use it in other games.
Or that we could use the download only beta, and hack from there.
I'm not fairly well known with the entire "ripping from consoles" thing thus thats why I asked.

if it was on pc better chance the files would be extracted during the time of the beta, but its on console meaning it will take years to crack the code, meaning its better to wait for the release of the game.

They said they're not releasing it on PC, and I don't think anyone can extract from Nextgen.

as of yet no, but it is also on this gen (ps3 and 360)
They said a PC version wouldn't be released alongside the consoles. They didn't say they would never make a PC version.

Yes, they did say it would come to windows but consoles are a primary at this point.

Looks like you will have the models on the phone as well.
So maybe hacking the app that comes out on friday will be easier ?
The app will have low quality models, but as for the consoles, you might get lucky that since Bungie is doing it Adjutant might be able to access the files if they are in a MAP format. Not sure what engine the game will be on however.
