First off, could someone add phong to Kathar's Freeman model, it looks kinda bland compared to everything else nowadays. Maybe rework it with the Romka skin?
Secondly, how about a zombified rebel? Seeing as how the rebellion has spread, you'd think that a few of them would be zombies, not just the citizens.

Maybe have their heads be like the zombie, where all that's left is the bottom jaw?
Their chests would look best closed, but if they were open that be sweet too.
And if their limbs could blow off like the L4D zombies, that would ROCK!
Lastly, how about a Civil Protection zombie?
