the existing female spy looks about the same to what you made. http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/107782

Same design? Both of you are crazy. My spy wears tango shoes and a non-sexualised dress plus jacket of the 1968 style, plus face is absolutely different. My artwork isn´t random like that model, my artwork is based on different things, which I´ve mentioned. So I dunno wth are guys talking about. I need a modeler, not bunch of complainers, so please, help me to find one.

They were simply stating that the existing model looks fairly similar to the design you came up with; no need to get your panties in a bunch over that. To be quite honest, your design of the femspy really does seem rather similar to the existing femspy model, and that's really not a bad thing since the existing model could probably be modified to fit your particular design of the femspy perfectly.

The work is well researched bit the actual concepts aren't all that interesting and suffer weak rendering. There's nothing that really pops on any of these conversions - don't stick so rigidly to the generic classes. Some of them, at a glance, are little more then a similar bodyshaped female that is wearing essentially the same exact clothing +/- a skirt and longer hair. Take the soldier, for example: you research female soldier uniforms from the time period and your end design is literally the exact same top the male soldier wears anyway, just adjusted for breasts. If you want a modeler to pick up the work, you'll need a little more imagination in the concept art. If I were a prospective modeler, I wouldn't find these interesting because they simply don't offer any designs that truly stand out or would be well received. Your facial shapes are also 2-dimensional, esp. in the 3/4ths views, to the point where trying to match it would generate... weird results. Being negative and unperceptive to criticism in the comments doesn't help either.

That's no way to ask for help.
Being negative and unperceptive to criticism in the comments doesn't help either.
I came here in hope to find some help, but what I receive was the complains, not even the criticism. Critics is when you show AND positive AND the negative. Well, that´s how I criticise others. I have done a lot of work and I havent heard a single nice thing. What is wrong with you? Don´t I deserve at least some appreciation? I´m sorry if someone thought I was mean, I´m just a straight to the point person. I´m just hopeless and I don´t know where else I can find any help. I guess I´ll need to do everything by myself *sigh*

A similar scenario would be if I requested a custom model of Zelda in her goddess outfit from skyward sword and instead I got a comment saying someone ported the actual model from the game, they aren't saying "Why are you asking for a model that exists?" they're saying "There is an existing Goddess Zelda model if that helps, or if that's good enough.". By calling them crazy and complainers, you insulted them for just trying to help, and maybe it's not the words you meant, but it still hurt people who were only helping and/or adding to you situation. If you want my comments on your DA concept art, I like how you lay it out, and it shows the angles and the faces well, and it's well thought out in terms of inspiration from a variety of sources.

Fishing for attention really isn't going to get you anywhere, especially not when you're asking for help. Criticism doesn't have to be sugar coated, and expecting people to do so for you is incredibly pretentious. Not only that, but my original comment wasn't even a critique. It was nothing more than "huh, this seems familiar". Then playing the victim with the " oh woe is me, won't anyone recognize all this hard work I've done?" is just annoying and, again, pretentious. Get over yourself. Don't attack people just because they didn't immediately offer to help. Learn to take critiques. Don't play a victim because that's just dumb and nobody cares.
i will model all of the girls but you must provide me with the costumes and technically I am a cisgendered male but I identify as a female koala so the girl model clothes will probably match my aesthetic anyways
You are handling this situation poorly. You've already gotten substantial critique on your work that not only spells out what's wrong but also provides a framework for a plan of action on improving it. It isn't sugar coated but it isn't cruel. Instead of addressing it, you gloss over your opportunity to discuss real concerns with your work, and continue to call people here unhelpful complainers. (and there are a few here - but those you can ignore) As someone that does freelance modeling, you are proving to be an incredibly toxic person to work with. You obviously aren't looking for someone to help develop your work on an even playing field, you just want someone to unquestioningly follow your designs to turn pixel to polygon. If you're looking for someone like that, then you best be ready to offer up some financial compensation. If you want someone to work with at no cost, you need to bend and at least be kind and highly appreciative, provided you are lucky enough to find someone willing to do highly skilled labor for free. Don't assume that you're entitled to anything, and take what you can get. Today, that'll be critique on your form and interaction with others. If you take that to heart, next time, it might be a modeler. I'm sure as you read this, you'll once again take this as another user just trying to attack you personally and you'll only harden your position - I hope that instead you read it as advice to help improve not only your craft but your attitude towards others.
Jesus Christ, someone needs a hug.
