It's not letting me open the Black Fix, it says "Unknown Error, try saving it to disk then open" idk what to do T.T

Can anyone find the demo's fro materials in the GCF files? I cant find them anywhere
It looks like the afro just uses demoman_red.vtf or demoman_blue.vtf, but I wouldn't know what part of the texture it actually uses.
