What I am obviously requesting is if anyone can make a Mercenary models, specifically... Desert or Urban Camo type of Mercenary please, and if it isn't to much trouble make female and male models, not to mention all races, if anyone could make this possible... I'd be very thankful for it.

Of course not, the stuff at Garrysmod.org is obviously not good enough... No one has made actual Mercenary Models... Ever... Before.
