Model compiling ok, but not appearing in model viewer

Hey all. Any modelers/model hackers know what is causing my problem? I am trying to put Kathar's Homburg on my personal skin (just a test for me) but am running into errors. I can get the model to compile fine, no problems at all. But when I try and view it in the Source SDK Model Viewer, nothing comes up when I open the model up. So, any help?
Here's the .smd by the way: http://filesmelt.com/downloader/male_09_reference_hat11.smd.
That happens when I try to open anything in Model Viewer also, either that or its says "error loading model" or something to that effect.
Also, here's my .qc: http://filesmelt.com/downloader/mdldecompiler.qc

Just paste it into a post here with [code*] [/code*] (without the *) if you want to be fancy.
Most common error I think is wrong texture vmt file writing. Which basically tells that there is a texture, but it can't find it. And sometimes it's not purple-black squares.
Click collision model in model viewer. If you will see at least any line. It means it's textures.
dude I am sure 100% it's textures problem. I do same thing.
If I compile it from desktop.
Always after model is compiled I open it up with XVI32 and edit last line, and specify texture path.
I had same problem before. PM me if you wanna know more.
I'll have a look later.
Right, the model now shows up, but when it spawns (if it spawns) it spazzes out and it has a long phys box.
then you made a wrong phys box.
I just used the standard one with the model.
