• Maximum Bodygroups Allowed?

OLD TEXT IN SPOILER [sp]I'm planning to have 4 models, just different sizes of the same model, different models as some might be slightly different than others. For every model there will be a few activities it does, move, turn, lean, melee, shoot 1, shoot 2. The limit cap for animations is 3000 based on my research. I'll need a set of ALL animations for each bodygroup, given that when the bodygroup is different the whole model will need to act differently, thus I can't really use overlapping animations. It's a little complicated, but for the sake of believe-ability. I actually sincerely doubt this is even possible, what I plan to do. I will need I believe 65 bodygroups, it might even be another number I don't quite know how to calculate it. Is this possible? What is the absolute cap the engine can handle? Am I insane? Please answer all of these questions if you post, I don't just want everyone saying that I'm insane, that's kind of a given fact[/sp] Well, no... from what I just saw on the poison zombie model, body groups are just tacked on. This means I will only need 17 body groups! Is that within the limit? [editline]2nd August 2014[/editline] Fucking answered my question. The most possible bodygroups is 32. Thank god they are just extra 'bodies' toggleable on the model, I don't need one for EVERY possible permutation.
