But I'm hoping to see something with a little bit more detail.
Here's my idea. Start with a model of Louis, using this texture: [url]http://www.fpsbanana.com/skins/57174[/url]
Hack the feet so that both have the full length pant leg, "shorten" the length that the tie hangs down from (making the knot higher up, by about half), and make his shirt completely tucked in (by hacking the left side and flipping it). Then, headhack this Barney head onto it: [url]http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=45385[/url]
Reskin the arms to match the head, make the tie black, then take the armor chest piece and helmet from the first link and add it to the model (preferably one with and one without the armor). Both the helmet and chest should also have a new texture which I can help with.
Of course, there may need to be a slight bit of resizing to make it be about the same size as regular Barney, but what do you think, is it possible?

True, but I'm mostly needing to have Barney in his casual attire back at Black Mesa. I could always have the Blue Shift armor and helmet added in HatMaker to get the full look.
