• Custom c_model issue

Hi all, I'm currently trying to make some custom c_models that use the c_grenade.mdl file, but instead of a grenade I change it to something else, such as a melon for example. I've rigged it and everything in blender: http://i.imgur.com/DaHZIaG.png Following all instructions, this is the result on compiling the .mdl file: http://i.imgur.com/VdpxqYO.jpg I can't seem to fix this no matter what I do. Any suggestions?
Of course. Do you need all the .smd files?
you need all the smd files that decompile. you decompiling with crowbar?
you need all the smd files that decompile. you decompiling with crowbar?
I decompiled the c_grenade.mdl with crowbar, and edited the .qc to fit only the animations I really needed (VM_DRAW, VM_THROW, VM_DEPLOY, and the adjustment animations that came with the decompiled files).
