Hi all,
I'm currently trying to make some custom c_models that use the c_grenade.mdl file, but instead of a grenade I change it to something else, such as a melon for example. I've rigged it and everything in blender:

Following all instructions, this is the result on compiling the .mdl file:

I can't seem to fix this no matter what I do. Any suggestions?

looks like a t-pose. do you have the animations?

you need all the smd files that decompile. you decompiling with crowbar?

I decompiled the c_grenade.mdl with crowbar, and edited the .qc to fit only the animations I really needed (VM_DRAW, VM_THROW, VM_DEPLOY, and the adjustment animations that came with the decompiled files).
