How to view your hexxed skins out of game on the actual model?

I've been getting into hexxing basic weapons, and It's fun and I plan on releasing some skins sometime soon. But I want to view my skins on the actual model faster, insted of starting up garrysmod and viewing the skin that way, is there an out of game model/material viewer avalible for no cost?

It will display the model with the material applied

With all the material shader effects aswell, it's massively useful. All you have to do is hit refresh after altering something and it instantly updates, it makes fine tuning textures/effects/models much much easier :P
