Things to note:
*I hated rigging this one. There is so much damn texture stretching it's almost impossible to avoid. (Even the animations for Oblivion produce texture stretching on the wings.) It's the fact that the wings are attached to its body, and not just attached to arms or shoulders (like the other dragon model.) I tried to prevent this but this model is just too picky about how it's posed.
*The wings do fold, but you'll have to fold it in a way to hide the texture stretching and parts of wing "popping out." I'm not sure if having properly folding wings is possible in ragdoll form, maybe only in an animation. I thought about folding it through face posing flexes, but that would eliminate posing the wings in different ways, losing flexibility in what types of poses you may make. It was one or the other, so I chose flexibility.
And of course, to allow this, wings can only be grabbed at the top:

*If you want to have a nice open wing pose, I'd go with constantly posing until there is little texture stretching and few parts "popping out" in the wings.
*I released this anyway, even with these texture stretching problems because I know people will make interesting and efficient ways to hide/reduce this problem in their poses.
*There may be a problem with the gargantuan model. I was posing it's left wing and suddenly something stretched beyond proportions and covered my screen. Then proceeding to crash my Gmod. I'm not sure if it is the model's fault, or my computer.
Anyway enough with me ranting. Here you go.

Thanks to Dtmech for the tip on smoothing.
Why didn't you apply Smooth modifier on the model before exporting to smd?
I tried that actually, but it didn't seem to do anything. (I didn't really know what I was doing.)

Did you try importing the smd back in and then applying smooth? Works like that sometimes.

I'm not sure if anything makes a difference. :/
Without smooth modifier:

With smooth modifier but nothing selected:

With smooth modifier with auto smooth:

With smooth modifier with a random number (every number has the same results it seems (same as before without the smooth modifier?)):

Just use any number and it will do , trust me it's better like that then without any smooth.
I'll experiment. Thanks.

Wow you're right! It's a lot smoother now! Just doesn't show up in the preview of 3ds Max. I'll update the model in a bit. Just that I have to do each size again.
Thanks for the tip.

Np problem.
Alright updated the pack.

So what's the difference between the smooth modifier and resetting normals plus applying autosmooth groups in the polygon tab
WYVERNS NOW OH GOD YES
Hey oogaboogaman, if I got the Monster Hunter Try Wyverns and stuff, would you port them?
So what's the difference between the smooth modifier and resetting normals plus applying autosmooth groups in the polygon tab
The difference is once looks blocky and one looks less blocky and more smooth, at least that's what I understand from what he said.
those dragons looks so low quality
but there's nothing photoshop and gimp could do :)

With provided models and textures, I'll be more inclined to.
PM them to me.

I am not very good with smoothing myself , but it's always best to pick a random number if it's a organic model.
