I currently have my vertex animations done (VTA) and ready to be compiled but have stumbled at the QC. I basically need to recreate Demoman's current facial flexes exactly how they are already in-game on my model. The VTA I made contains all the 37 frames needed. The decompiled ones aren't much use and the SDK sources for the flexes are in DMX format so it looks like I have to try and rewrite it.
I've tried looking for any tutorials specific to TF2 but have been unsuccessful. If anyone has any information on the process or can point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful. :)
EDIT: Never mind it was actually working just not in model viewer.
