Failed at Compiling $jigglebones with GUIStudioMDL 2.2/Source

Hey I am trying to compile a model with jiggle bones and its not compiling in GUIStudio.
I get this error -

SMD MODEL ref.smd
SMD MODEL idle.smd
SMD MODEL phymodel.smd
ERROR: c:\---\---\ref-.qc(19): - bad command jigglebone

This is what I put in the Qc file.

$jigglebone "jiggle_1" {
is_flexible {
yaw_stiffness 100
yaw_damping 5
pitch_damping 5
tip_mass 20
length 20
angle_constraint 15 }
}

I am not sure if I am missing brackets or something like that if anyone know whats going on I like to have some help.
