redownload the GCF your trying to extract from.

Try playing the game first, it's probably encrypted.
1. Make sure you own the game on the Steam account you're logged in to.
2. Try running the game. You just need to get it to the main menu, you don't have to actually play it or beat it.
3. Try redownloading, if it still doesn't work.
4. If it still doesn't work, there may be a problem with your copy of GCFScape. Uninstall, redownload and reinstall.
