rigging a kosmos model for garry's mod

Hello I have bin trying to import a kosmos model from xenosaga, I found on the internet into garry's mod but I have had no luck in doing so since I have no Idea how to do it, So I am making a request to any one that can do the import for me I am willing to pay money for this job of course; BUT you can not get laze with the import and do a bad job you will not get paid if you choose do that.
