I know some have already been made from the original APB but Reloaded productions has added more since the reboot. I was wondering if someone could get them into Gmod I understand it's not easy but I'm pretty sure its possible.

It is possible actually, if not rather easy, Id do it myself if i knew how.
Support. I have seen some ported already, however. Search garrysmod.org and you'll find about 6 in a pack. I support, though, I would like to see more, maybe some of them in default colors.
