I know that it takes a long time to make a custom ragdoll but if possible can someone make some from GoldenEye? Not all of them, just some major ones. (Alec, Ourumov, Bond (tux, jungle suit etc.,) Russian soldiers, Janus Commandos) Just some major ones, mainly the soldiers.
GoldenEye: Source has a couple. You'd have to download the mod and mount the content in Garry's Mod.
Unless you're asking for the models directly from the game, low polygons and all. It's possible to get those models, but difficult.
