I know this is kind of a dumb question, but I've looked in the source files and all around the internet for the textures for the citizen hands that appear in first person.
I know they're in the game files somewhere (I can find all the other textures but only the power suit hands), so if someone could let me know where to look that'd be great...

They're in the garrysmod_dir.vpk file in your GMod directory.
