Player Model Skin Request (For Garry's Mod)

I want a skin made, I want it to be based off male 02 (the one I have as my picture). I want the guy to have brown hair, a police uniform with a white shirt (that has a blue sergeant sign with a white outline and a police department patch with it on the shoulders on the shirt), navy blue pants with a light blue strip down the side on both legs, a police belt (with the gun and stuff) black dress shoes, black socks, and a police hat.

Note:I want a name tag, badges on the hat and white button down shirt. If you can, remove the facial hair.
I prefer the skin being posted on [url]www.garrysmod.org[/url] but if you can't post it there, that is ok.
