I know silverlan has done them with the aftermath svn,but they arent so good for posing, can someome say where can i find some?
You would be better off learning to make them yourself, it's not that hard and there are plenty of useful tutorials around.

Of course it's hard for someone without experience with 3D software to rip and port a rigged ragdoll. It takes a lot of time and devotion, a lot more than actually finding them himself. I'd say look through the Aftermath content pack and if not there then post in the lost model thread.
