i want to convert this model to gta iv but i can't rigg this model.this is a max file and i used bones but wasn't good .where i can find original model?or anyone can use bones?

He is right, you should request this at a gta 4 forum or something but there is some soap models for gta 4 if you take the time look

no i do not want from you that convert this model to gta iv,forget gta iv.
i need a 3d model like Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Character Models.perhaps you have seen this soap in modern warfare 2 character models or other topics.i need original model
