Pokemon Buildings and Houses

I've never seen anybody posts them. I also need them to apply in my project, duet to their neat and low-poly nature.
Or is there anyway to rip them easily, with the textures? I really want to avoid the use of Gimp and such.
Buildings/houses models from Platinum will be great, but other versions also will be a big help.
