Temple of Osiris featured a new Lara Croft model that strikes a balance between her classic and new looks, I'd love to have this model in Gmod. not bad liked the classic face better, but preferred the new body over the old exaggerated one.
This model has ~150000 faces. Not sure if Source Engine could handle it.

The person who ported it must have smoothed the model out or something, there's no way they would allow a model of that size in-game, especially when the character is shown as far away as it is the n the game...
Looking at the buckles and hard surface edges, I'd say they did a sloppy turbosmooth on the base mesh.
