Or an alligator. I need someone to make me a crocodile/alligator rag-doll. Help please?
I was working on an alligator ragdoll too, but I couldnt find someone to help me smooth the model so Silver Spirit could rig it.
PICS!

I'm still looking for someone to help me smooth the model.
I sorted out the smoothing (as I figured out how since the last time and this post reminded me to have a look ^^).

I'll see if I have time to rig it tommorow, but if I do i'm not promising mouth movement as that will take some doing to separate :S
That's awesome.
Good sirs that is a model of a crocodile, not an alligator. Alligators have wide snouts and only the teeth from their top jaws are visible.
Well, the thread did say a Croc OR an Alligator. Who cares, either way I can just see myself posing Dr. Breen's head halfway down its gullet!

Who said it was an alligator? @.@
Edit: Ah

I knew it was a crocodile :P

Haha, rated you informative!
And yeah, it is a crocodile, my mistake :)
It is a water based reptile.
Any disagrees? The name is not important, we just need something large with teeth that can swim and is a reptile that can possibly be used as a Icthyosaur replacement.
Haha, I agree about the Itchtoblablabla replacement! I think it would be great :P
Dont know how to do it tho lol.
Any news on the rigging Silver? :P

Not got round to it yet, sorry :(
This is a good idea :D
Would like a croc ingame....
Lamaar must now face the croccodile!
While it looks good, that is one seriously unoptimized model. At least 34,404 tris, right?
Exactly 34404 (you looked at the model right? as that is too accurate for a guess :P). The model cleaner tool says its already clean and thats the extent of my optimising ability ¬.¬
Thanks guys! I was expecting to come back and see something like: "Well look for one genius, wow retard..." But I didn't!Thanks, and, i would like the mouth to be openable :S I am making a movie where they talk... In a british accent... From my dream... Wow... My dreams are messed :P
Thanks again! You rock.
As I said having an opening mouth with that model will be very problematic :S

How does it work? well... actually.. Instead of telling me... Just try as best as you can. Maybe make it like a "face" for the face poser?

Why its difficult is because the whole thing is one group, which means I will have to blindly select tris around the mouth area, hoping that I only select the ones I want. I would have to do the same thing for flexes, but that would be much harder (and I still cant do it in Milkshape).

Your going to dark waters my friend, faceposing is really hard.
It would be easier just to split the mouth to make it move. (Which is pretty hard already)
This might take time mate, so hold your horses.
EDIT:
NINJA'D :P
What? How'd i get ninja'd?
