Iv seen pictures of the tf2 guys without their basic hats. Dose anyone have a link to a thread that has a download or instructions on how to do it?
Look the TF2 character in the eye (aim the crosshair at him) and use dirty tricks
("ent_fire !picker setbodygroup 1" or
"ent_fire !picker setbodygroup 2")
to convince him to take off his majestic hat.

Try messing around with the subgroups too.
