I'm working on a Punisher ragdoll and I was hoping someone would be able to remove the equipment from the model's vest. This is a WIP, so I'm willing to take suggestions on the skinning.
The original model is from the Crysis Ragdolls Pack, so credit for the model goes to Ingyu.

I'll have a look, but i'm wondering why only the head is showing in Crafty @.@
I'm not sure if it has something to do with the model or not, because I noticed the VTF to TGA converter wouldn't work with it.
I can't get it to decompile and its not to do with my decompiler as I decompiled everything else I was doing.
I hexed it as a separate model. Could something have gotten messed up there?

Nah, it seems it was just being buggy, got it to work, i'll have a look at it later on :) (also doing that helped me fix some other things, in a way that was completely unrelated apart from it made me check the models as i thought you may have botched the hex :P but you hadn't so good ^^)
someone should make this into both an npc and playermodel
Holy crap, I've been waiting for a Punisher model. I hope this gets finished.
Ah crap I forgot about this @.@
Does the model actually WORK in GMOD, but you're just trying to take the equipment off the vest or is it just a file only workable in a modelling program?

I had to decompile it, so it will work in GMod.
It works, but for some reason the eyes are messed up.
Can you also make one with the skull teeshirt without the armor
There is one like that but he still has a vest. It's on FPSBanana, skins, L4D, Francis, Francis Castle.
