I know how to model, texture and program.
I use Maya, Blender and 3ds max, Photoshop CS 6, Substance Designer/Painter, Quixel Suite and Zbrush.
Im great at modeling environments and props. But im not so great at characters yet :/
Don't worry about your inexperience with Character modelling, we'll set you up with an internship with Ryu-Gi and you'll be modelling characters like a [del]mentally disturbed individual[/del]Pro in no time.

LoL I don't know what that is supposed to mean? Are you being sarcastic? Please explain?
Don't listen to him, you'd be better off with Rastifan.
Can we see some examples of your work? Do you have a portfolio site set up yet?
It's absolutely essential that have these things; you cannot get anywhere without a decent portfolio. Your work must speak for you.

I said some stupid shit a couple years ago that I deeply regret and some people have a hard time letting go of it. That's all you really need to know. I'd prefer focus on moving forwards and growing, and let my work, not my past, speak for me.
My teachers have always told me; NEVER GIVE AWAY YOUR WORK FOR FREE, unless it's for something you truly care about, such as a personal project and so forth. Free Labor=self-induced slavery. If this is something you want to make a living off of, then don't sell yourself short, as it makes things hard not only for you, but for other artists as well. I've heard stories from teachers and friends talking about how companies have stiffed them after they've invested hours into a project. It's especially bad nowadays; there are a lot of companies in media, especially big developers, that try to use loopholes to avoid having to pay people whenever possible, and it's this sort of "oh, I need the experience, I'll do your work for free" type attitude that breeds it. Do NOT let that happen to you, or your fellow artists.
I'm not trying to steer you away from this path you're taking, just giving you a warning and a heads up that media fields right now are very difficult to be in and to get into. You gotta be strong, stronger then you even fathom, and believe me when I say that you do not comprehend just how strong you'll have to be. You must be aggressive. You must fight to make your dreams come true. You gotta get bloody, dirty, and never compromise just because "it'll give you good experience", because that's how you end up on a street corner with a degree that didn't get you anywhere.
Everyone is a Work in Progress. Never assume for a damn second that it's "good enough"; keep making, keep doing, keep improving, and as the late great Monty Oum would say, always KEEP MOVING FORWARD. Because no matter what bad things happen, they will, with time and patience, pass on like everything else.
I hope that's helpful to you.
By the way, here's my own portfolio site. It's not as good as I'd like it to be, but I think it's a good starting point for reference on how a portfolio should look like.
Ok I understand what you are saying.
The reason I posted this here is because I have been trying to model some TF2 items for the last couple days now and I was all ways stoping and starting something else, jumping from idea to idea and losing motivation so I decided that I needed someone to team up with on a project to future my skills. But I understand what you are saying thank you for the tip :D

I know that feeling. Sometimes it seems like the best way is to depend on others to fill in the gaps, but it's always better if you yourself can stand on your own. Learn to fill in your own gaps and make something with what you know first.
