So, just was wondering is this ok for like apartment block in modern style.
It has 4 skins, Red, Blue, Green, Black.

It's really up to you if it looks ok. Do you think it fits your map?
Also, did you get the handles to work?

No I didn't they are just still.
because I don't know how to make them move if door opens
HL2 uses a different piece for the handles. If you want it to work, you'll have to make the handles separate models.
