Left 4 dead 1 and 2 eye texture pink and balck

I had it with this black and pink eye texture with my left 4 dead ragdolls.And the weaird part is that the special infected's eyes are normal.Pleas help me!And i would put a picture of it but i dont know how to.

I had that, switched to dx90 and it went away. So unless you already have it, try that?

Yeah I'm having the same trouble and I keep doing the recommended changes, and I've had no luck fixing it..yet.
