By any chance, could some one take the NCR Troopers and Rangers from Fallout New Vegas and give them Half Life 2 Citizen's heads?

And I was thinking making of this very same thread last night, oh well. I'm really looking forward to using this, Will this be Player Model or a ragdoll?

Please make this an npc model too besides a player model. Like how the power armor was.
