I am hunting for a good black female model that isn't Rochelle. It can either be from a game that can be ported, or already in Gmod! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There should be a couple of black female models that already come with GMod as a pair of Half-Life 2 citizens. There's also a Mass Effect character pack floating around somewhere that happens to have a black female model included as well, but I can't remember if it's on the workshop or not.
from the top of my mind, there's Uhura from ST, and some black chick from tomb raider.
You could always look at porting Vivienne from Inquisition as well.
There are models of Sheva from Resident Evil 5 and Purna from Dead Island floating around here somewhere. I've definitely seen a model of Lisa from DOA5, though that may be a private model.
If you know how to port models there's Jacqui Briggs and Tanya from the newest Mortal Kombat,
Candy from Arkham Origins. IIRC the gmod port had some nice hair options too. Or if you want to port her yourself, it's a umodel game and fully supported.
