How come Auto IK doesn't work with c_arms_citizen on Blender? (Well, it doesn't for me)
Like, when I move the hands around, the arms don't go along with it

Is it really like that, or it's just because I don't have something else enabled?
Auto IK is always pretty buggy for me when working with anything on the Valve Biped, so I usually just apply the constraint manually and remove it when I'm done posing.

Can you explain your workaround? I just started working with Blender and maybe this would help me animate some stuff better.
Read the Inverse Kinematics section here for a better understanding on what constraints accomplish: http://www.blender.org/manual/rigging/posing/inverse_kinematics.html#ik-contraints
