So a while ago, i realize i've been having issues with some textures for gmod.
I've looked around on the web and found a solution for most of it.
However, i still got a problem with those for the glass/windows reflections and few other similar ones.
I feel like its the phong texture (or something similar) that is missing for almost all map.

I've already verify the cache of most source games as well as Gmod. Any idea what to do to resolve this problem?
Would you be so kind as to send me the files or to pastebin your an example VMT along with a screenshot of the vtf files in their folder(s)?
Do buildcubemaps in console if you haven't first of all, then see if they're still there
Not running buildcubemaps on your map usually results in no shine as opposed to missing textures as reflections, though it's still worth a shot.
Its possible the maps were being renamed, thus making the cubemaps that were previously built error. A workaround is disabling specularity by doing mat_specular 0. The only issue is it wont run on multiplayer and it removes all shininess.
