Combine strong tight phong with envmaps if possible. Also make all cloth unphonged so that you have a bigger difference between the two. Tends to bring out the metal a bit more.

I seriously love you! These models look fucking awesome and we really do need more knight models around.

It is highly important to the well-being of the Gmod community that you port the fully nude model of Triss. Joking. Anyway, on plate armor, I'd recommend using a smaller phong exponent for broader shine. Not too much, but right now the exponent looks a bit too high, and intense for that matter. The normal maps need alphas to control the intensity. You could try putting the specular maps from the game in the normal map alpha channels or something to see if that helps. Oh and as Wraithcat mentioned, make all the cloth totally unphonged. The phong makes it look like latex. I'm so happy to see some Witcher 2 stuff being ported. God I love that game.

The phong on the face looks ...weird. If I were you, I'd take a pretty good look at how the EP 2 Alyx was made and try to remake it. Won't look as plasticy.

@Ingyu, try to remove phong from the cloth parts, because they look wet when combined with phong.
