Low poly tf2 characters?

I've seen some very low poly tf2 models
[url]http://tomtallian.com/pages/tf2.html[/url] in some gmod videos around here, and been wondering where i can get them for gmod, they are available in tga and .obj format on the author website, but i dont know how to compile models. or, if you have them, could you upload it for me?
