Problem With models in gmod

So I've been searching everywhere for nights on end to find the answer to my problem. All if find is more missing texture problem topics, but thats not the case.
The citizens' hair are pitch black, two parts of their arms are black, and two parts of the legs are black.
My eu recon npc has just black spots all over it,
My nypd has the same problem like a citizen and specificly its badge is black,
And my spacebuild player models with the helmet models, are all black except the visor thing is grey.
And my jihad bomb is all black except the little screen thing is grey.
I reinstalled gmod and it does the same thing.
I moved my addons folder to a different location, and played without them, it still did it.
I have no clue what to do.

I just noticed also all of my CS:S weapons are black as well.

all the models you've pointed usually have cubemaps applied to them, it's probably your graphics card. sorry.

Citizens don't have cubemaps on them whatsoever.

It's possible that they're missing their bump maps, or they otherwise cannot be located for some reason.
It's also possible that your GPU is now borked and needs to be replaced.

Citizens and CS weapons doesnt come with Gmod. Instead of reinstalling gmod you should reinstall HL2 and CSS
