I'm working on a model and I'm unsure as to how to improve edge flow. I've never been that good at keeping good edge flow and still being poly efficient and such, so can anyone explain what to do or help me out?
Here's the model I think that has bad edge flow..

It's mainly in the back shoulder area that I'm unsure of how to fix. So any tips or suggestions would be awesome.
